“Carrie Ann at ACD Learning did an outstanding job on professionally updating, rebranding and reorganizing JBK Consultants’ LLC Negotiation Skills Workshop©.  Our workshop is three days and uses social media, Harvard business schools program on negotiation materials, and our customized MS PowerPoint materials for teaching. Carrie Ann evaluated and revised the materials according to Instructional design best practices, including streamlining the slides to provide ideas and keywords only, adding more visual interest, using icons and images for memory retention. She created and applied new PowerPoint templates and a facilitator guide.
