Authentic Creative Design
We are a group of highly skilled designers and developers with extensive experience in face-to-face training and eLearning development for clients in the corporate, non-profit, and higher education realms. Our clients are large corporations with projects that internal staff cannot complete, non-profits that cannot afford an in-house instructional designer or training, and small businesses who do not have their own training staff.
We provide instructional design staff augmentation, instructional design consulting services, and instructional design template design and creation.

Our Story

We have a deep respect not only for our clients, but also for the people who attend our courses or receive our educational materials. We understand their time is valuable, and work very hard to make the time they spend learning with us worthwhile.
We are also proud of the way that we are affecting the lives of not only our clients, but now also our consultants. We offer a very flexible and empowering work environment. Our consultants work remotely, from any location they choose. They have the freedom to work hours that work for them and their family. We value quality of life and mental health. We want our consultants to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives. This means encouraging time off, down time, mental health days, and vacation.
